Dr. Ali’s Course on Anxiety ("the
Course") is suitable for people of all backgrounds.
Specifically, it does not require prior courses or
degrees in biology. I present the scientific facts
of biology of anxiety in simple words, explaining
scientfic terms when I use them.
The biologic view of anxiety
presented here might be considered as a strong
challenge to the prevailing psychological theories
of the disorder. In that sense, I make a strong
claim, which requires strong evidence. I expect most
readers will find my evidence and arguments strong
enough to sustain my claim.
